Welcome to my health and fitness website! I hope you are ready to change your life today and I am here to help you do that! My passion is to help everyone eat healthier and lead a fit lifestyle. I believe that eating healthy does not have to be restrictive and being fit does not mean going to the gym every-day. In my experience as a step-down ICU nurse taking care of sick patients, I have learned that the key to being healthy continually is having a balanced lifestyle and diet.

Hello, I am Serene and welcome to my health and fitness website! I hope you are ready to change your life today and I am here to help you do that! My passion is to help everyone eat healthier and lead a fit lifestyle. I believe that eating healthy does not have to be restrictive and being fit does not mean going to the gym every-day. In my experience as a step-down ICU nurse taking care of sick patients, the key to being healthy continually is having a balanced lifestyle and diet. My patients with diabetes have to eat a diabetic carb consistent diet but this includes sugar free food items that they can enjoy. They did not have to cut all types of sugar forever to control their diabetes. I would imagine that cutting sugar completely in their diet will probably make most of them break their diet and indulge in it excessively. I think sugar free substitutes are not that bad compared to real sugar if one is trying to control their weight gains. There should always be a healthy balance in one’s diet to be successful at it. There is no such thing as a perfect diet and if one is too restrictive with their diet, it won’t be successful and will probably lead to weight gain in the long run. I love working out because I enjoy the workouts I do at home and in the gym. In my opinion, working out should not be too hard so that it is still enjoyable to do and something to look forward to every day. It is not necessary to push your body to the limits to attain a physically aesthetic look. It only takes a balance between healthy diet and exercise to achieve the fit look most people want.

I actually have a sweet tooth so I actually eat lots of healthy ice cream on my diet lol and I would love to share to you how can you eat desserts all day like me and still be fit!
Also check out my fitness workout plans to help you get an idea of how to exercise at home or in the gym! The key to exercising is to do it to while enjoying it, and if you feel like its TOO HARD, then you are doing it wrong. You have to listen to your body and know when it is good pain vs bad pain. Remember, working out should be FUN so you can do it more often. If it becomes too painful, then you’d most likely end up failing at it and never doing it again.
